Quiver League was established with a clear mission: simplifying the lives of property owners and contractors and Professional Engineers, by preventing damage s and potential litigation with neighbors of buildings situated in close proximity to construction sites. We achieve this by meticulously documenting the existing conditions before construction begins and employing ongoing monitoring practices while constr uction takes place to ensure structural stability and detect any structural deficiency that might accrue, all in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the New York City Department of Building code 3304, as well as delivering precise Land Surveys.
